Terms of Service
Effective date: September 19, 2026
The service
Academy Bound is a study/practice app for firefighter written hiring exams. It is a study tool only — it does not guarantee any exam result, hiring outcome, or job offer.
Non-affiliation
Academy Bound is independently created and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Public Safety Testing, IOS, Inc., the National Testing Network, or any other exam publisher or testing organization. References to specific exams (such as the FST or FireTEAM) describe what the app helps you prepare for; they are not a claim of affiliation.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store / Google Play account settings.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple/Google according to their own policies, not directly by us.
Account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is." We work to keep content accurate, but we don't guarantee it's error-free, and we're not liable for exam outcomes.
